Client-Centered Health Care

As a community-based health organization, PHC offers free healthcare and wellness services for people experiencing homelessness and low-income households. Insurance is not required, however private insurance, Medi-Cal, and Medicare insurance are accepted. 

 

 

Primary Care

For over 15 years, PHC has been delivering care to Santa Clara County’s most vulnerable populations. PHC has partnerships with Stanford Health Care and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, both organizations provide volunteer doctors to donate their medical expertise.

PHC delivers client-centered behavioral health care treatment for various conditions. Our Psychiatric Medication Management program is made possible by funding from El Camino Health.
